BHE GT&S JOB DESCRIPTION BHE GT&S has an exciting opportunity as an Associate ROW Agent, Right of Way Agent, or Senior Right of Way Agent at our Greystone location in Columbia, SC. RESPONSIBILITIES Negotiates and secures legal land agreements with affected landowners, including private owners, corporations, and government agencies, to permit facilities construction. Negotiates, prepares, and secures binding agreements (rights-of-way leases, grants, fee purchases) with property owners. Performs title research and investigations. Identifies ownership of surface and subsurface real estate interests for affected properties. Acts as liaison between landowner and company. Inspects property, and utilizes public information and comparable real estate information to determine value.
