Position Summary To serve our customers by selling our products and managing our employees to established standards in order to increase company sales and profits. Essential Functions Perform established job duties in accordance with established standards. Works to resolve customer service issues or delivery issues that occur, as necessary. Communicates all performance and customer service issues to the Senior Market Sales Manager, STLM, SOM and TDM, as applicable. Develops, builds and maintains relationships with Sr Market Sales Manager, STLM, TDM Large Format Account Manager and TAM positions; provides customer service according to established guidelines.
