*Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)* *SUMMARY: *The Speech language Pathologist primary purpose is to plan, organize, develop, and direct our facility’s Speech therapy services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as may be directed by the administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * · Responsible for evaluation and treatment of residents who demonstrate disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing. · Ensure evaluation and treatment will be conducted after written order received from physician. * Responsible for screening of residents of all facility.
