Shift: 4 - 10 hour shifts OR 5 – 8 hour shifts between Monday through Friday. Holidays and call required. Call is 1 night of either primary or secondary call each weekday and 1 weekend (Friday through Monday) a month. Department: Interventional Radiology Compensation: · Base Pay Range: $32.82 - $53.57 per hour, based on experience · Call Pay: Additional $4.00 per hour for call shift · Choose Between Sign-On Bonus -OR- Retention Rewards o Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 o Retention Rewards: Up to $15,000 § Relocation Support: Additional $5,000 if moving from over 50 miles away § Retention Reward (Option 1): $2,000 per year for up to 5 years, totaling $10,000 § Student Loan Repayment (Option 2): $2,000 per year toward student loans, up to 5 years, totaling $10,000 o Note: Details will be provided during the HR interview.
