The Manager, Passenger Services is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Flight Attendant management and passenger service operations. This role ensures the highest professional standards of cabin service, supports flight operations through direct participation as a Flight Attendant when assigned, and contributes to safety, service quality, and operational excellence across the organization. Reporting Relationships Administratively reports to the Sr. Director of Corporate Flight Operations. While acting as a Flight Attendant on an assigned flight, reports directly to the Pilot in Command (PIC).
