CSA Global Inc. is seeking a temporary Information Technology (IT) Helpdesk Technician at the Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Headquarters at the Washington Navy Yard, DC. Provides second-tier support to end users for either PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware. May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems. Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties. Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems. This is a temporary position anticipated to last through February 2026.
