Job Summary The Project & Sales Coordinator is an entry-level development role that provides direct support to the Sr. Director of BHS Operations and as assigned, other members of the Business Development, Estimating, and Project Management teams. The position is intentionally broad and is designed for a highly capable, adaptable individual who can support a wide range of commercial, operational, technical, and administrative activities based on the needs of the business. Responsibilities will vary based on current priorities and may include supporting project financial analysis, reviewing bid documents and project schedules, assisting with estimates and budgets, developing standard operating procedures, preparing internal and customer-facing documents, improving business processes, and developing new tools and workflows, including the use of artificial intelligence and automation.
