Overview:
Michael Patrick’s Restaurant Supervisor assists the Restaurant General Manager in the operation and management of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the successful operation of Michael Patrick’s Restaurant. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Accountable for directing the restaurant staff and assuring guests have a favorable experience when visiting the Food & Beverage areas. Review marketing activities and promotions with Restaurant General Manager. Assists with the development and managing of the budget for Michael Patrick’s Restaurant.
Qualifications:
Four-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience Five to Seven years’ experience in food and beverage operations and managing personnel Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required. The ability to...
