Superintendent Job Description: The purpose of your role as a Superintendent As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that the project is progressing according to plan and client specifications in conjunction with the Project Manager. You will provide overall supervision and coordination of staff direction and guidance of the daily activities of construction workers, contractors, and sub-contractors.
