Position Title: Maintenance Director Reports To: Plant Manager Department: Maintenance Hours per shift: Day shift Monday-Friday, and must be available if needed on all shifts and all days including holidays Wage: Salaried Position Purpose: The maintenance director is responsible for supporting the plant manager in providing leadership and direction to lead millwright, lead electrician and all maintenance personnel in their daily job routines in a way that maximizes production, minimizes downtime, and reduces costs.
