The Quality Control Supervisor ensures compliance with quality requirements by providing training to personnel and auditing plants and production yards in the utility pole, piling and lumber division. Shall provide oversite to ensure multiple facilities are producing materials in conformance with industry, company and customer-specific quality standards for untreated and treated material, preservatives, and treating specifications. Shall provide interdepartmental support and shall interact with customers on a limited basis. These requirements will be achieved by performing the following duties: Principal Responsibilities: •Ensure corporate quality policies are adhered to at production facilities •Routine travel to provide onsite support at treating facilities, production yards and distribution yards.
