The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for the overall daily operations and management of the Dietary Department. Must plan and create high quality meals and excellent dining experiences for residents by preparing and serving attractive, nutritious and palatable meals consistent with regulations and established policies and procedures. Trains staff to meet and maintain high quality standards consistent with dietary department standards. *Manage Food Production and Meal Service:* * Prepare menus and meals for residents.
