Job Description As a BMS Lead Field Service Technician II here at Honeywell, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform scheduled routine preventive maintenance on mechanical or electrical equipment/systems under contract agreement by inspecting, adjusting, cleaning and calibrating systems and checking out equipment to ensure it's in satisfactory working order. • Complete preventative maintenance in a manner that reduces emergency calls and results in achieving the goal of zero calls back. • Respond to emergency service calls as directed to keep system downtime to minimum.
