Supervises a crew of 10 to 30+ employees involved in the production/finishing/assembly of the Company’s products. Responsible for quality, quantity, manufacturing costs, meeting production schedules and on-time shipment of our product lines. May supervise various functions, including machining, sheave forming, galvanizing, welding, assembly, painting, press operations, radial drills, and small drills.
