Position Title: Sawmill Big Lift Driver Reports To: Sawmill Supervisor Department: RSM Sawmill Hours per shift: Employee works 10-hour shifts, with three 10- minute breaks, and a 30- minute unpaid lunch break.  Wage: Level 4 Position Purpose: Transfer lumber from sawmill, keeps the kilns loaded up to quality specs per the Quality Control standards.
