Job Summary The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for assisting in the materials management and purchasing activity in their facility. This position supports the Regional Procurement team in managing the material on order and supporting the sales team.  This position prepares the employee for future advancement in the procurement department, as it will provide the necessary exposure to the fundamentals of procurement and inventory management.
