*POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: *To provide direct and consult services to youth who receive Residential Services at Spaulding Academy and Family Services. This individual will work alongside Behavioral Health Supervisors and Coordinators to deliver exemplary services to students served at Spaulding Academy & Family Services using a data-based decision-making model. Behavioral staff engage in an interdisciplinary approach with medical staff, residential staff, community-based school staff and other related service providers to produce positive outcomes for challenging children and youth.
