*Fleet Truck Mechanic - Come join our team!* Responsibilities: * Maintain trucks and trailers to meet or exceed DOT standards * Maintain and repair mill equipment * Perform proper documentation of efforts in appropriate record keeping systems * Occasional fabrication of items * Maintain parts inventory * Process invoicing details * Also includes some work area and housekeeping, loading and delivery of products. Physical Therapist (PT) Job Duties: Evaluates patients and develops individual treatment programs in accordance with physician’s prescriptions. Implements activities designed to treat patients with physical disabilities, disorders and injuries. Performs other related duties including, but not limited to: Employee and public education; new program development; attendance at staff meetings; participation in department committees; continuing education programs and clinical supervision and instruction in affiliated education programs. Follows treatment plan as established in initial evaluation in order to meet treatment goals. Evaluates patient and formulates treatment plan in coordination with physicians’ prescription. Provides documentation of patient treatments including two-week progress reports, monthly summaries and discharge summaries. Performs patient/ family teaching of home exercise programs.
