The Lead Teacher is responsible for the general supervision and implementation of the daily schedule, that provides a safe nurturing and engaging environment. We are searching for a dynamic, experienced toddler teacher to work with children between 18 to 36 months old. *Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years teaching in a licensed early childhood program*. Candidate must have experience writing lesson plans that reflect the Creative Curriculum's Objectives and the NYS Early Learning Guidelines. Candidate must have strong classroom management techniques and communication skills. All candidates must be able to collaborate with assistant teachers, creating intentional lessons and activities and ensuring smooth transitions throughout the day.
