The General Parts Manager will oversee the parts purchasing process and approve purchases for all assigned shops as well as oversee the day-to-day operation of those assigned shops. Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts in all assigned shops Responsible for insuring each shop location stocks adequate inventory.   Responsible for insuring parts purchased meet warranty guidelines set by truck manufacturers.  Issue purchase orders, approve, adjust or deny PO requests from all assigned shops.  Process all parts related invoices for payment. Schedule quarterly inventories for assigned shops. Ensure all assigned locations perform quarterly inventories. ⁠Submit monthly inventory value reports to accounting.
