We are open Monday-Friday 7am-6pm. A typical work week is 4, 10 hour days. However, other options are available. We’re searching for a Physical Therapist to perform evaluations, establish appropriate goals, formulate treatment plans, provide treatment interventions, maintain comprehensive documentation, and assist with coordination of care. You will oversee daily treatments for our patients through direct contact or supervision of a physical therapy assistant. You will work closely with other physical therapists for the implementation of their plan of care and for the continual assessment and progression of the patient through that plan of care.
