The infrastructure layer of the Content Operations & Production function keeps the platforms, integrations, metadata, and data hygiene that underpin the entire function running cleanly. The role nobody notices when it's working - and everybody notices when it isn't. Where the Director sets standards and the MarTech & Workflow Manager design the systems, the coordinator runs the day-to-day operational discipline that makes those systems trustworthy .
