*Key Responsibilities:* * Develop and maintain Behavior Support Programs (BSPs) and monthly behavior documentation. * Complete annual assessments (e.g., FBA, Risk Assessment) for individuals on your caseload. * Monitor and coach Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in implementing interventions and accurate documentation. * Provide initial and ongoing training to DSPs on BSPs and behavior strategies. * Lead the regional Behavior Management Committee and respond to behavioral crises as needed. * Participate in intake assessments, transition planning, and emergency support. * Collaborate with guardians, QIDPs, ISCs, nurses, and other team members to ensure coordinated support. * Maintain compliance with documentation, billing, and regulatory timelines. *Qualifications:* * Master’s degree in a Human Services-related field. * Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. * Illinois BCBA licensure is not currently required to practice within the agency. * Valid driver’s...
