*RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the crew members. * Maintain and turn in Daily Reports for specific projects to the Operations Manager. * Tracking man hours, labor and material cost on fixed bid or T&MNTE projects to make sure we are executing the project within our estimated hours and budget. * Sufficiently install and troubleshoot different relay’s, VFD’s, wireless or hard-wired instrumentation and controllers. * Working on different process, compression and metering equipment used in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oilfield. * Installing electrical power, control, measurement and safety systems for the upstream and midstream sectors. * Conduct daily safety meeting with the crew members and help to increase awareness of the different company safety programs. * Delegate mentorship for SSE's. * Help to motivate apprentices and electricians to progress in their careers. * Conduct bid walks and put together material and labor estimates per...
