We are seeking a Montessori Teacher Assistant or Montessori Intern to join our dynamic team at Central Montessori School. We have been open since 2007 and have between 145 and 150 students in our three buildings. Our campus is located in Richmond's Churchill neighborhood, within walking distance of many beautiful parks and the James River. We are a full-day and year-round model; all staff members have a one-hour lunch break every day. The ideal candidate should possess a genuine passion for working with children, have prior experience in childcare, and be strongly willing to learn and develop their understanding of the Montessori education philosophy. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with a deep interest in Montessori education, as we offer the opportunity to undergo lead Montessorian certification training.
