Area Superintendent SAN ANTONIO, TX Field POSITION SUMMARY The Area Superintendent leads multi-project field operations within a defined geographic or operational area, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient execution across Street, Concrete, and/or Underground scopes. This role bridges daily production and company strategy by driving schedule adherence, technical excellence, workforce development, and EOS discipline. The Area Superintendent supervises Superintendents, partners with Project Managers and Safety, and serves as a primary field contact for clients and agencies. YOUR ROLE • Oversees multiple projects for spec compliance (TxDOT, COSA, project-specific) and workmanship quality. • Validates complex layouts and elevations, ADA features, and phasing with Survey and Superintendents. • Reviews critical path, sequencing, pour/trenching/paving plans; realigns resources to protect schedule. • Troubleshoots conflicts such as drainage, utilities, and tolerances;...
