The Expedited Experienced Driver Recruiter performs a critical role in growing Covenant Transport Services’ driving fleet of safe, service-oriented, driving professionals. Recruiters will prioritize and screen applicants, schedule orientation and conduct follow up with the highest qualified candidates for open positions in accordance with DOT regulations, and Federal and State employment laws. Responsibilities Pre-screen incoming driver candidate applications. Persuade qualified candidates to consider the Company as their next employer by effectively communicating the opportunity with respect to the compensation, benefits, and culture of the organization. Make/receive outbound/inbound calls. Conduct phone interview with applicants to pre-qualify applicants. Minimize/eliminate disqualified applicants.
