Elsmere Psychiatry Group is seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist/Medical Director to join our growing team in Lubbock, Texas. This in-person role provides a mix of inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care while overseeing medical operations of the facility. Responsibilities * Provide clinical oversight and leadership to the medical team * Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management * Provide care on inpatient units and outpatient clinics * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (nursing, therapy, social work) * Participate in treatment planning and discharge coordination * Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR * Participate in on-call rotation as needed * Monitor and evaluate the performance of medical staff Requirements * MD/DO and completed Psychiatry residency * Board Certification (ABPN) * Active Texas medical license * Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred * Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills Work Location: In person
