Purpose The Site Medical Director provides clinic site leadership to ensure that the care provided meets Neighborcare Health’s goals for quality, patient access and patient experience. They are responsible for provider hiring, orientation and training, performance management, and completion of annual individual learning conversations. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Site Medical Director works with all members of the care team to provide quality patient care.
