Description: The Production Supervisor I reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for supervising the production of finished goods, sub-assemblies and components. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze schedules to determine material and labor requirements to achieve On Time Delivery goals. Work under direct supervision of the plant manager to manufacture products which meet established quality criteria. Tasks include troubleshooting sub-assembly and final assembly problems, use of hand and portable power tools, light machine operation, calibration, testing and visual inspection.
