*Mixer Driver Job Description* The Mixer Driver’s primary responsibility is to drive concrete mixer trucks to and from various job sites as directed by the plant manager. At the job site they are responsible for operating the truck to unload and place the ready-mixed concrete where directed by the contractor on site. Drivers are also responsible for daily vehicle inspections, fuel and mileage reports, and minor repair work to their truck. This is a hands-on position that is responsible for maximizing daily production.
