JOB SUMMARY The CNA II works in conjunction with the Nurse Director, Clinical Care Supervisor, RN and LPN. The Certified Nurse Assistant II performs a variety of skills/tasks for predictable residents/patients/clients with limited risk of complications and change. The CNA II may not be delegated CNA II skills for acutely ill patients. The CNA II works under the direction of a licensed nurse who must follow the principles of delegation. CNA II work is reflective of CCH mission, vision, and values. The CNA II will integrate departmental goals for improvement across the care continuum.
