We are seeking a mid-level corporate attorney with M+A experience. This associate will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their business goals through purchase, sale, and merger agreements. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of M+A experience with a leading corporate firm. Key to this position is the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, maintain excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for corporate strategy. We prefer candidates with a background in accounting or finance, strong analytical skills, and a detailed understanding of market trends and valuation methods.  We are open to full-time and part-time candidates and hybrid working arrangements.
