*Position Summary: *To provide quality clinical and psychotherapeutic services to the patients; serve as an interdisciplinary team member, supporting the organization’s treatment program/philosophy; work collaboratively with treatment team to ensure the safety/well-being of patients and to develop clinically sound, therapeutic interventions and treatment goals for patients as clinically indicated; conduct ongoing assessments and monitors progress of patients assigned to their caseload; complies with all regulatory/facility policies, procedures and protocols; fosters a positive, therapeutic milieu for patients and demonstrates respect for co-workers, patients, family members and outside agency representatives.
