Position Title: IT & Operations Team Lead Location: U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA), CO Clearance: Active SECRET (Required) Salary Target: $75,000 – $85,000 Role Summary: The IT & Operations Team Lead manages the day-to-day technical workflows for Help Desk, AV, and Telecom technicians, while also providing administrative oversight for the site's vehicle fleet and Records Management function. You will act as the "integrator" on-site—ensuring the team is supported and the fleet is mission-ready—while reporting operational metrics directly to the Program Manager (PM). Key Responsibilities: Technical Team Supervision: Coordinate daily tasks for Help Desk, AV, and Cable Plant technicians.
