This role supports GMEs related entities and McCarthy Building Companies nationwide operating footprint, including regional offices, yards, National Markets, and O2S facilities supporting procurement, prefabrication, equipment, and logistics. The Director will translate business needs into coordinated real-estate actions across site selection, leasing, renewals, expansions, acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, and facility implementation.
