Job Description The Senior HR Manager - HR Compliance, Governance & Immigration plays a critical role in strengthening the company's HR operational compliance, employee relations practices, and immigration programs across the organization. This position serves as the company's subject matter expert in workplace investigations, HR policy compliance, and employment-related risk management, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, and leadership to ensure consistent application of employment policies and regulatory requirements.
