Position Summary Responsible for achieving delivery targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, through G&J Pepsi's recruitment process. This includes visually, phone or Skype pre-screening candidates based on identified qualifications. This position will also be responsible for various administrative functions of the recruitment process and focuses on maintaining a positive relationship with the business and other HR Team member and contributing to G&J Pepsi being the premier Employer of Choice. Essential Functions Sources, recruits, screens and interviews internal and external candidates to fill open positions; develops and maintains relationships with recruiting sources (e.g. social media, internet sourcing, governmental agencies, job boards, newspaper, online, minority agencies) and attends job fairs to recruit and identify qualified, diverse candidates that help the organization meet their affirmative action goals and hiring needs.
