Overview:
Assigns Hotel Inspectors Boards and housekeepers to vacated rooms, inspects their work and checks room for needed maintenance, Public areas and performs the work of room attendant during emergencies. Hours must be flexible to include weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followed • Establishes schedule and plans the day to day work assignments (LMS) • Manage Guest opportunities, Investigates guest complaints and solve guest issues • Inspects and approve staff work performance base on evaluations • Ensures cleaning is done to contract specifications / standards • Manage ordering and inventory of the linen / amenities / supplies (Oracle) • Provides training / Coaching / Discipline to both current and new employees • Manage time keeping / Schedules/ Vacations / Production based on business levels (kronos) • Arrange and coordinates projects / cleanliness and repairs with...
