The Four Corners Aquatic Team (FCAT), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit swim club, is conducting a national search for a dynamic, experienced, and performance-oriented Head Coach. This is a Head Coach/CEO opportunity for the right candidate and an excellent chance to build and lead a team according to your vision.
The Opportunity The new FCAT Board of Directors is restructuring and is fully committed to creating a coach-led program focused on long-term stability, athlete performance, and program growth. For the past 15 years, recruiting, fundraising, marketing, and overall club development have rested almost entirely with the board. We are seeking a Head Coach who views themselves as a true partner in growing the club.
