General Purpose The Admissions Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for new residents and their families. This position supports the Admissions Coordinator and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate efficient and empathetic admissions processes. Essential Duties Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, families, hospitals, and referral sources. Coordinate and schedule resident admissions, including pre-admission assessments and documentation.
