Responsible for overseeing all legal, regulatory, compliance, and risk management functions while enabling business growth and operational performance. Provides business-focused legal guidance across corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, employment law, and enterprise risk. Leads legal strategy for complex transactions, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations.
