Overview: The Warehouse Operations Manager I is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of a high-volume transload and cross-dock facility, with particular emphasis on leading warehouse personnel, executing operational plans, and ensuring the timely flow of freight through the operation. This role manages a warehouse that totals between 100,000 and 500,000 sq. ft. in a fast-paced transload operation where speed, trailer turns, and throughput are critical to meeting customer expectations.
