Job Summary:   The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment to support road, site, and highway construction projects. This role contributes directly to project quality, productivity, and safety by ensuring equipment is used effectively, maintained properly, and aligned with project specifications and timelines.
