Records & Qualifications Specialist I Summary The Records and Qualifications Specialist I (RQS-I) is responsible for daily paper and electronic recordkeeping of employee training/qualifications documentation. On a daily basis, the RQS is responsible for ensuring that all electronic and paper records are accurately maintained and current. The RQS is cross-trained and facilitates records compliance between all operational departments. Additionally, this position may assist with scheduling new hire training events to ensure compliance with all FAA approved training manuals and company policies.
