Summary Assembles electronic components, subassemblies, or systems by following work orders and production drawings, ensuring quality, precision, and compliance with safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Read work orders and follow production drawings or instructions Assemble and secure parts using hand tools and fixtures Perform intermediate tasks such as potting, sanding, or color coding Inspect parts using basic testing methods Handle and install finished assemblies into enclosures Uphold Positronic's standards of integrity, quality, and operational excellence. Identify hazards in the workplace and report them to management and/or the safety coordinator. Collaborate with the EHS department to meet local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, including OSHA, NFPA, DNR, EPA, and Amphenol sustainability practices. Work with the Quality department to ensure compliance with AS9100 certification standards. Comply with all company policies and procedures....
