DwyerOmega is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing, automation, continuous improvement and capital equipment initiatives at our Michigan City, IN facility. This role will serve as a technical resource supporting Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams in the development, implementation and optimization of manufacturing processes and automation systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly manufacturing combined with knowledge of automation technologies, controls integration and capital project execution.
