The Opportunity Fathom Manufacturing is hiring a Floating Business Development Representative (BDR) to act as a force multiplier for our Commercial Site Leaders across the country. This role exists for one reason: open doors that turn into RFQs, pipeline, and booked work for our sites. You will be deployed dynamically based on site capacity needs , helping local Commercial Site Leaders accelerate new logo penetration, re-engage dormant accounts, and convert conversations into real quoting activity. This is not a generic SDR role. You are tightly aligned to site utilization, near-term revenue, and commercial momentum .
