Overview
Job Summary: Demonstrates through behavior Decatur Morgan Hospital’s mission, vision and values. Provides medical nutrition care to patients through nutrition assessment, diagnosis, intervention and education utilizing evidence based guidelines. Develops care plans with appropriate follow-up and reassessment of intervention. Manages the total nutritional care of patients receiving Enteral Nutrition. Assess and diagnose patients for malnutrition.
