Job Description Summary The Assistant Director of Student Development, Conduct, and Care will report directly to the Director of Student Development, Conduct, and Care and support both Student Conduct and Student Support Services through proactive and developmental forms of community engagement. The Assistant Director will live on campus and serve in the Administrator on Call (AOC) rotation within the Residential Center. The Assistant Director will hire, train and supervise one Graduate Assistant and a team of Student Conduct Assistants who are in place to support the Office as a whole. The Assistant Director will serve as an Administrative Hearing Officer and will also serve as an Administrator for Conduct Board Hearings, assisting in the overall administration and operation of student conduct processes, programs, and services.
